Washington DC is broken up into 8 wards. Each of these wards is broken up further into sub-wards, known as Advisory Neighborhood Commissions (“ANCs”). We have developed a formula that calculates pitch demand for each of these ANCs based on several relevant variables.

The cumulative value of these variables creates an index of impact potential (“FH18” Index). Based on each FH18 value, we have categorized ANCs into areas of low, medium or high impact potential. Cognizant of the recreational landscape of these ANCs, we have targeted prime ANCs for consideration.
